  • We will be having a children’s 1 Mile Fun Run!
    • Eligibility is for six (6) through twelve (12) years old
    • You must be six years old by July 4th
  • Start Times are as follows:
    • 5K race @ 8:30 AM
    • Childrens 1K race will start @ 8:00 AM
  • Registration & Packet Pick up will be held:
    • July 3rd from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
    • July 4th from 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
      (Registration will end promptly at 7:30 AM to be able to start the 1 mile race on time.)
    • Registration table will be across from the Waynesboro Hospital
    • Event will be held RAIN OR SHINE!

 WE WILL BE USING CHIP TIMING AGAIN THIS YEAR!

Specta Sport LLC uses a Jaguar Chip Timing system which allows them to bring world class service to Waynesboro. We will have the following new items this year:

  • Overhead or side antennas (no mats needed)
  • Real time results and reports
  • Low cost disposable timing chips
  • SMS Text Messaging to your cell phone of your race time (note: only one runner’s time can be sent to ONE CELL #)
  • Results “gazebo” with real-time results scroll continuasly on large-screen monitors
  • Truss finish line
